The Meadow
 The
expansive meadow, which can accommodate
4,500 guests, is reminiscent of an English country estate,
providing a tranquil and romantic setting for your wedding.
Weddings can be held in a variety of locations, including
in front of the mansion, where the bride can made a dramatic
entrance over the mansion's front porch. Receptions can
also be held on the meadow. Another alternative is to have
your wedding ceremony on the meadow, and the reception in
our beautiful new Garden Pavilion
or the quaint, old-fashioned Carriage
House.
Small wedding ceremonies (up to 75 guests) may be held
in the Mansion foyer for an additional cost.
The South Pond and Gazebo
 Surrounded
by towering palm trees, and enveloped by nature, the
South pond and gazebo creates its own special ambiance
for an intimate wedding or reception. The romantic gazebo
is an elegant backdrop for wedding ceremonies and photographs.
Overlooking the south pond and gazebo is the beautiful Garden
Pavilion...
 The
Garden Pavilion
Sequestered on a wooded hillside overlooking the duck pond,
the Garden Pavilion provides space for up to 300 guests
for wedding ceremonies and/or receptions. An additional
100 guests may be seated on the outdoor terrace, which is
also a popular spot for pre-reception cocktails and appetizers.
This unique facility (built on the site of the original
tennis court) encourages the festivity of large parties,
dancing and entertainment. It is surrounded by windows,
beamed ceilings, red oak paneling, patina floor and a beautiful
terrace.
 The
Carriage House
Located near the Covington Gate, the Carriage House, with
its rustic mahogany-paneled great room, is a quaint and
unique venue for wedding ceremonies, receptions and parties.
The interior of the Carriage House can accommodate up to
80 guests.
The Dinkelspiel House
 Built
for Florence Hellman and her husband, Lloyd Dinkelspiel,
this quaint home at the front gate of the Dunsmuir Estate
offers an ideal location for intimate parties, showers and
rehearsal dinners.
