Rental Packages and Rates

The following prices include: tables and chairs for guest seating for ceremony, reception guest parking lot and gate attendant. Rental packages are for an eight-hour time period comprised for two hours for setup, five hours of event time and one hour for cleanup. For weddings, a one-hour rehearsal is included in the package. Additional rehearsal time is available at $100 per hour.

NOTES:

  • Your eight-hour event includes the set-up and break-down of the equipment included in your package, logistical planning services between Dunsmuir staff and your hired vendors and a gate staff to insure no public guests enter your event for its duration.
  • The above rates are for an event based on the included packaged equipment, and for a 8-hour time slot.
  • The first and last hours of your event are for set-up and break-down by Dunsmuir staff and any service-oriented staff, such as caterer, florist, disc jockey, etc.
  • All rates include chairs and 60" round tables (seats 10) for the maximum number of guests noted with each rental fee.
  • All fees support the Dunsmuir Historic Estate, the nonprofit corporation responsible for managing, restoring and preserving the estate as a historic attraction.
  • A mimimum deposit of $1,200 is required to hold the date
