The Garden Pavilion

Sequestered on a wooded hillside overlooking the duck pond, the Garden Pavilion provides space for up to 300 guests for everything from seminars and leadership workshops, to holiday parties and retreats.

An additional 100 guests may be seated on the outdoor terrace. This unique facility (built on the site of the original tennis court) encourages the festivity of large parties, dancing and entertainment. It is surrounded by windows, beamed ceilings, red oak paneling, patina floor and a beautiful terrace.

The Carriage House

Located near the Covington Gate, the Carriage House accommodates a variety of events, meetings and receptions. The rustic mahogany-paneled great room, carriage room and stall areas encourage creativity with a unique setting. The elegant bar offers an opportunity to share refreshment with a friend or colleague.

The Lawns

The Dunsmuir Estate provides two graceful lawn settings, perfect for large conferences or intimate gatherings. The South pond and gazebo area is a sanctuary for migrating mallards and creates its own special ambiance for an intimate reception or private event.

 

The expansive meadow, which can accommodate more than 300 guests, is reminiscent of an English country estate, providing a tranquil setting to meet your event requirements.

 

The Dinkelspiel House

Built for Florence Hellman and her husband, Lloyd Dinkelspiel, this quaint home offers itself an an ideal location for business meetings, retreats or parties.
