The following information is for weekday meetings
only with a three-hour minimum:

All rates include chairs and tables for the maximum number
of guests noted with each rental fee. Renter shall arrive
at the premises only at the time designated on the contracted
rental agreement.
*The Pavilion area is best suited for business conferences.
If you would like to have an outdoor luncheon on the mansion
lawn or the south pond lawn, there is an additional equipment
fee.
